Micro-Finance Field Officers Job Purpose Effective Group Animation and Management. 

Age Limit: Not more than 30 years 

Qualifications Required & Experience 

• HND in Marketing/ Agriculture or any Business related field. 

• Undergraduate Diploma in Community Development Studies from a recognized Institution. 

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field. 

• Must have in-depth knowledge of credit administration eg: Credit reporting. 

• Must possess Motor Driving Licence and have the ability to ride a motorcycle. 

• Must be good in report writing

• Must have good communication skills 

• Must have sales and marketing skills 

• Must have good group formation and management skills Must possess good motor riding skills 

• Must have the ability to speak Twi or Fante. 

• Must have knowledge of community dynamics and development. 

• Ability to grow the portfolio, 

• Ensure portfolio quality, 

• Growth in deposit and a good understanding of group dynamics will be an added advantage.
