Construction Material Manufacturer requires Area Sales Manager (Retail)
- Oversee the development of business plans and strategies by the Commercial sales sector.
- Carry out research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Present periodic reports to company directors on sales operations
- Periodically Visit Loyal Clients of the Team, Working on New Projects with the Team.
- Strong Follow up of the projects of the Team.
- Get Rates Approval from Management.
- Make a complete report of the week and present on every Saturday with CEO.
- Attend morning meetings and plan the whole day as per the day plan.
- Discuss the issues of shops, orders, complaints, etc. as per the daily visit report and get advice from seniors before going to the market visit.
- Responsible for shop orders of all product ranges and ensuring sales target compliance.
- Take orders from the commercial market and inform him about the supply date and time.
- Get product knowledge of all products.
- Responsible for proper follow-ups of complaints, orders, order supply, etc.
- Manage and Maintain Sales Department staff by training, appraising, counseling, motivating, and developing programs within a territory.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the senior.
Minimum Education: Graduate
Min Experience: 5 to 10 years.
