Construction Material Manufacturer requires Area Sales Manager (Retail)

  1. Oversee the development of business plans and strategies by the Commercial sales sector.
  2. Carry out research to identify new sales opportunities.
  3. Present periodic reports to company directors on sales operations
  4. Periodically Visit Loyal Clients of the Team, Working on New Projects with the Team.
  5. Strong Follow up of the projects of the Team.
  6. Get Rates Approval from Management.
  7. Make a complete report of the week and present on every Saturday with CEO.
  8. Attend morning meetings and plan the whole day as per the day plan.
  9. Discuss the issues of shops, orders, complaints, etc. as per the daily visit report and get advice from seniors before going to the market visit.
  10. Responsible for shop orders of all product ranges and ensuring sales target compliance.
  11. Take orders from the commercial market and inform him about the supply date and time.
  12. Get product knowledge of all products.
  13. Responsible for proper follow-ups of complaints, orders, order supply, etc.
  14. Manage and Maintain Sales Department staff by training, appraising, counseling, motivating, and developing programs within a territory.
  15. Perform other tasks assigned by the senior.


Minimum Education: Graduate

Min Experience: 5 to 10 years.

Age: 30-40 Years.
