RemX has an immediate Customer Service opening with a leading healthcare provider in Norfolk, VA.


Location: Norfolk, VA

Training: Onsite, after training this position will be REMOTE

Hours: Floating shift between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm


This position is responsible for responding to incoming calls to address eligibility, claim, and payment issues.

  • Update billing information

  • Screen callers for financial assistance
  • Resolve charge and payment inquiries
